Returns Policy
Legislation prevents us from accepting returns of prescription medication.
If you are dissatisfied with a non prescription item. You can cancel the contract within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the original packaging and in an unused state.

Petmeds.co.uk will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Petmeds.co.uk.
To request a return reference number:
1. Please log in to your account and click on the link 'Request a Return'. We will process your request and get back to you as soon as possible. Once you have received approval, please go to step 2.
2. Return items using the address on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please write your name, order number, address, return code and contact information on another piece of paper and attach it to the box.
3. We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned.
If the order is returned because it is no longer required we make a 10% charge of the return as a restocking fee.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
